Kids’ Club – Delays and Closings

Kids’ Club is the CRA’s after school program designed for children in grades K-5. This program offers support, care, and fun for your children from 2:55 pm through 5:30 pm on days when Central Berkshire Regional School District is open.  The children come straight from their classroom to the cafeteria where they have a snack, time to do homework and the opportunity to play in a safe and friendly environment.

SIGNING UP FOR KIDS’ CLUB

“Regular” Plan: Your child will regularly come to Kids’ Club every week on the same days.  We ask for a minimum of three days per week. By signing up as a “regular,” your child is GUARANTEED a slot in the afterschool program for the same days for the entire school year!  Because this slot is guaranteed for your child, you must pay for that slot whether your child attends or not.  As a regular, you will not need to sign up your child every week and you will receive a discounted rate!

We now offer you the opportunity to pay for Kids’ Club electronically.  If you chose to do this, the month’s payment will be automatically withdrawn from your account or credit card monthly on the 25th of each month.  If you prefer not to pay electronically, you may come in to the CRA to pay on a weekly or monthly basis.  However, we ask that you pay in advance of the service.

When Kids’ Club is not open for school vacation, snow day, early dismissal, etc. you will not be charged! An account credit will be given when school is cancelled.

    • If you are a Regular Customer, we can automatically charge your checking account or credit card through, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) on the 25th of each month.
